Free to use for resort guests, the Pavilion is a place to gather with friends and family for potluck meals, a campfire, parties, games, crafts, or other activities that could benefit from some space. Inside you'll find tables and chairs, an island with sink and outlets to serve as a buffet or bar, television, pizza oven, a selection of games, puzzles, and books, and a restroom. The pavilion is centrally located, making it easy to bring in meals you've prepared in your cabin kitchen or out on the grill.
On the lawn outside the pavilion, you will find a paved fire ring area, perfect for larger gatherings than the private fire rings at select Cabins/Trailers.
Located via a separate entrance in the back of the pavilion building is the fish cleaning house.
When it's time to kick the kids out of the cabin, send them packing for the sand-filled wonderland adjacent to the pavilion. There you'll find a large Rainbow swingset and slides, tetherball, sand play equipment, plus seating for a few responsible adults.
Bring your catch to the fish house, located at the back of the pavilion building. Here you'll find two cleaning stations, equipment to clean up after yourself, and a freezer to drop remains to be composted for local farms.
We know you didn't come to the lake for the internet, but the internet came to the lake for you.

Put those legs to work and take a leisurely trip
on the lake.
The kids (and kids at heart) look forward to trips down the orange float slide every year, and you'll usually find a floating mat, pontoon deck, trampoline, or other floating surface on which to temporarily maroon yourself.
Don't forget to bring your own water toys too!
Improve your balance and work those arms! There is no better way to see the resort shoreline area than from one of our paddleboards.
Chippewa Lake has a single public boat launch, but no need for that while staying with us.
Launch, dock, and store your trailer onsite!
Critical equipment for not losing your boat, but fishing from the docks is excellent too!
Docks, swimming, and fishing space
are shared by all resort guests equally.
Please park your boats conscientiously!
The woods on property have a short hiking trail running through them, and the 55-mile Central Lakes State Trail runs through Brandon for biking, inline skating, and walking.
If your chosen Cabin or Trailer doesn't have a private fire ring, set up your s'mores station at the large fire ring adjacent to the Pavilion.
Firewood is available onsite for $12/load
It might be an afterthought, but outdoor seating for meals, watching the kids or the waves, and getting that sought after sun or shade is what vacation is all about.
